Our Lady of Mantara needs today to be developed in order to achieve its spiritual mission. Till now, liturgical celebrations and gathering took place on the esplanade before the cave, thus, only during sunny days. In the daytime, thick Canvas protects the Congregation from the Sun.

    In order to come up to expectations of all those who come to pray and to live their faith at Our Lady of Mantara, it is essential nowadays to build a big church capable of receiving faithful all over the year.

    That is why the Diocese of Saida planned to build on this site a Basilica to receive increasing faithful.
